Bob,
As a High School Principal, have you had the opportunity to create a wiki or blog for the folks you supervise. We have a few of them going within our BOCES. I find myself wanting to get more involved but have not given myself the time to do so.
We are working as a JMT to bring Will back. He is scheduled to be with us in October. I hope that this time with him will help me to think through my time issue a bit more.
